AMPLock warranty helps you provide for contingencies and allow you to get a remplacement lock if the one you've purchased would have been delivered with any flaws (key hole, mechanism or assembly) although it is a quality control step taking part of the AMPLock strict manufacturing process.

1- Your lock warranty must be done within 30 days from purchase date in order to be effective.
Otherwise, your warranty could not be applicable.
2- AMPLock warranty does not cover products bought from unautorized reseller.
Please make sure your order your lock from certified AMPLock reseller.
(E.G: AMPLock products sold on AMAZON.COM can by registered here if only they have been sold by AMPLock). Find certified AMPLock reseller in USA here.
3- AMP Drummond inc. is not an insurer, and the protection provided by its products is limited
and not absolute in case of theft. Therefore, its responsibility is expressly limited to the warranty relating to manufacturing defects. AMP Drummond inc. reserves the right to modify the manufacturing and/or characteristics and/or design of its products without prior notice, or incur the obligation to exchange the products already sold.
